<div itemprop="description">97 years old, passed away March 5, 2017. Daughter of James Murphy and Clara (nee McHugh). Predeceased by her husband, Lawrence, and her siblings: Francis, Monica (Meloche), Aloysius, Genevieve (Janisse), Angela (Kotcher), Helen, Arthur, Thomas (Jeanne Vincent), and Patrick, and daughter-in-law Anita Benoit (Stephen). Mother of Rev. Patrick, Thomas (Ruth Ann Croft), Justice Stephen (Betty Kuchta), Gregory (Denise Chevalier). Grandmother of Shaun (Kolleen), Ryan, Wes (Becky), Ben (Karen), Alex (Kassandra), Justin and Eric. Great-grandmother of Laura, Jared, Brendan, Kayla, MacKenzie and Isabelle. Survived by many nephews and nieces. Millie was organist at St. John’s Woodslee for many years, volunteer for Hospice and Belleview Nursing Home, and past president of the Catholic Women’s League where she was a member for over seventy years. Special thanks to Home Instead, Seasons, Belle River, and CCAC for their loving care. Donations may be directed to Right to Life, Essex Area Food Bank or St. John’s Parish. Visitation at Melady’s in Belle River on Wednesday, March 8, from 2-5 & 7-9 and continued on Thursday, March 9 at St. John’s Church in Woodslee at 10 a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m. May she rest in peace. <br></div>
