<div itemprop="description">Passed away peacefully on October 17, 2013 with his family by his side. Loving husband of Charlene (nee Wauthier) for over 31 years. Cherished father to Kenny Jr, Jessica Blain (Aaron), Shawn (Missi) and Micheal (Brittany). Beloved grandpa to Shauna, Damien, Marissa, Emma-Leigh, Kaylee, Aiden, Christian and Emmett. Loving son of Gerald and Louise (nee Byrne) Quinlan. Brother to Richard (Pam), Kevin, Brian, Gerald (Jenifer), Tim (Monica). Son-in-law of Donna (Robert) and the late George Wauthier. Brother-in-law to Jeff (Pam), John (Cathy), James (Michelle) and George (Tina). Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Ken's passion for Hockey included Coaching or a board member of the Tilbury Minor Hockey, Southpoint, Belle River Minor Hockey. He was involved in starting a girl's hockey league. He was a member of the Belle River Canadians and the Knights of Columbus Council 8783. Ken retired from General Motors Transmission after 31 years of service. A special thank you for the outstanding care of the nurses and Dr. Sullivan at Chatham-Kent Alliance Oncology. The family would also like to thank his home care nurse, Vicki Allison. Visitation will be held at MELADY FUNERAL HOME 572 Notre Dame Street, Belle River 519-728-1500 on Sunday from 6-9 pm and on Monday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers Monday at 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at Visitation Parish, 5407 County Rd.#35, Comber on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Donations to the Visitation Parish Building Fund or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.</div>
